We’re Moving In: Radio Panini Finds Its New Home at Jolene

Starting from 23rd of September 2025, Radio Panini will no longer host Saturdays at Baggen. From now on, we’re settling fully into Jolene, where we’ll be hosting both Fridays and Saturdays — week in, week out.

We're moving. Not away — but in.

Although Jolene has been our second home since January 2025, with our new broadcasting day on Friday afternoons and evenings, this move still feels like a big one for us — not just logistically, but emotionally.

To some, this might feel sudden — maybe even rushed. But the truth is, this has been a deliberate decision made together with the management of Baggen and Jolene over the last several months, and it’s fully aligned with our goals for the future.

Baggen has been our beginning. Our little womb in Kødbyen. It’s where we learned what radio could be in the 2020s. Our first broadcasts. Our first birthday. Sweaty backyard sessions, club night takeovers, and unforgettable moments on the floor. We saw our community form around its red-tinged walls, late-night chaos, and foggy dancefloor.

It gave us room — and trust — to grow. We are forever grateful to Amir, Ludvig, the owners of Baggen, and all the staff who helped turn Radio Panini from an idea into a reality. Without their trust, help, and dedication, none of this would have been possible.

But grow we did — fast.

And like all things that grow, we reached a point where we needed more space, more consistency, and more possibility.

That’s what Jolene gives us:

• A chance to improve our food offer with better quality, variety and consistency.

• New Radio Days and Panini-curated club nights.

• More community-driven initiatives to bring our people together.

• And a more permanent, professional technical infrastructure to support it all.
  

  
  

Nested only 100 meters away from Baggen, in a more secluded corner of Kødbyen, we’ve always felt something special in that room — a sense of possibility. Moving into Jolene full-time gives us the stability we’ve been craving: a place we can make truly our own, while still leaving space for spontaneity and surprise.

With Jolene as our home base, we can think longer-term, involve our community more deeply, and try new things — without losing the looseness and energy that’s always been at our core.

So from here on out, you’ll find us at Jolene every Friday and Saturday… and maybe more, if we put our yes-hat on and dive into the sea of possibilities this space offers. Our New Opening times:

We’re entering a new phase — not leaving something behind, but stepping into something fuller. Baggen will always be a part of us, and we promise to carry that spirit forward. We’re endlessly grateful to everyone there for giving us the space to build what we’ve built. We’re carrying that energy with us.

But for now, Jolene is where our next chapter begins.
