JAM T created his alias back in 2016, but he started out producing hip-hop beats and DJ’ing in his early teens before transitioning into electronic music.

Squarepusher and Aphex Twin were some of the artists that inspired JAM T to listen to more breakbeat music, serving as a gateway into his jungle addiction. He draws inspiration from the old school sound, such as Omni Trio and Photek.
