We take care of each other
Inclusivity is everyone's responsibility. Make sure the people around you feel welcome and comfortable — in our presence and in our friends'.
We do not discriminate
Under no circumstance do we discriminate against anyone for their sexuality, appearance, ethnicity, religion, ability or disability, outfit or lack thereof.
We are not "too much"
It's a flirt only if both people feel the same about the interaction. We communicate our boundaries, and pick up when we are violating someone else's.
We do not get too intoxicated
Hard drugs are not welcome here. Alcohol consumption should be kept at a level that does not impair your ability to respect our community guidelines.
We do not take more space than we need
We are aware of our surroundings and don't invade others' personal space. We don't shout, push, or generally be all-over-the-place. If it's busy, we make sure the DJs have plenty of space in the booth.
We respect the radio hosts and staff
We do not, under any circumstance, bother or harass the radio hosts and the staff. We can say a quick word to the DJ, but we always make sure it's a good time for them.
We respect the equipment
We do not touch any of the equipment, do not walk around it with drinks, or take something that does not belong to us. We try to keep the place nice and clean for others as well.
We always talk to each other.
Notice something is odd, or need help handling a "situation"? Do not wait for it to become uncomfortable for someone else:
Reach out to the staff at the bar, and we will help you out.
