Radio Panini is operated by the Radio Panini team based at Jolene, Flæsketorvet 81, 1711 Copenhagen V, Denmark. Questions: hello@radiopanini.com.

The live stream and on-demand archive are free to listen to. Episodes, mixes, and photos are © the original artists and Radio Panini. Don't republish, rehost, or sample for commercial use without asking. Personal listening, sharing the link, and embedding our player are fine.

Submitting an application through /apply doesn't guarantee a slot. We review every application but can't always reply. You keep ownership of any mixes or links you send us. If we accept you, we'll create an artist profile on the site with what you've shared — you can ask us to edit or remove it at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include 25% Danish VAT unless stated otherwise. We ship from Copenhagen — delivery times depend on destination. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law; email us to start a return. We're not liable for items damaged by the carrier; we'll help you file a claim.

In the studio and at Jolene, our community guidelines apply. Online behaviour matters too — don't use comments or messages to harass artists, staff, or other listeners. We'll block accounts that do.

We do our best to keep the site, stream, and shop running, but we can't promise zero downtime. We're not liable for indirect losses (missed sets, broken links, etc.). Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go through Danish courts, unless mandatory EU consumer law gives you a better option.
