I’ve always been drawn to spaces where music brings people together, I’m an electronic music DJ and composer shaped by the dance floor. My sound is playful, compelling and striving to be “sexy” , music that makes bodies move instinctively and effortlessly. Blending house, dub and techno, I adapt my sets to the moment.

Originally from India and now based in Berlin, Kairavi is a DJ whose sound moves through the deeper, more spacious ends of house and electronic music. Drawing on the warmth and swing of ’90s house, dubby low-end and more psychedelic, contemporary forms, her selections favour groove, atmosphere and the spaces in between. There is a patience to the way she plays. Rather than settling into one sound, Kairavi moves intuitively between moods and tempos, building sets through subtle shifts in rhythm, texture and weight. Loose percussion, rolling basslines and strange, drifting details meet moments of warmth and release music chosen as much for how it sits in a room as for where it comes from. Her measured approach has earned her a place within Berlin's evolving club landscape, with appearances at Sisyphos, IsBurning, Craigie Knowes and more. Beyond Europe, she performs regularly across India and Sri Lanka, moving between scenes with the same sensitivity that defines her selections. With a growing presence across both established and emerging dance floors, Kairavi is steadily developing a musical language of her own, defined by a sharp sense of pacing, atmosphere and detail.
