Manuca is a Portuguese DJ based in Copenhagen. Known for his warm and eclectic selections, his musical journey began early through his father’s influence and later deepened thanks to his older brother, a passionate house and techno lover who owned a pair of Technics turntables. Living together sparked Manuca’s curiosity for music, which gradually evolved into DJing. Reggae has been a cornerstone his sound since the mid-2000s, shaped by artists such as Alborosie, Anthony B, and SOJA, while his taste naturally expanded into R&B, Hip-Hop, Brazilian music, African and Latin rhythms, as well as Deep and House music. Today, his sets reflect his global musical journey, blending Portuguese roots with sun soaked grooves and timeless selections. Driven by flow and a positive energy, Manuca creates vibrant dancefloor experiences that bring people together through music.
