Since his first ep on Slump Recordings in 2022, mpeg has made a name for himself in the scene with numerous releases on other established labels such as Permanent Vacation, Haws, Slump Recordings, Semi Delicious and Wex.

Both his productions and DJ sets are modelled on the aesthetics of late 90s progressive and tech house, seeking to reinterpret the raw groove and energy of the era.
